The project involved the complete restoration of a building and the consequent redevelopment of the roofing with Ardogres porcelain stoneware shingles. The roofing tile used is the classic "beavertail tile" in the colour Nero Ardesia (Slate Black Drop), a very common type on the shores of these italian lakes: Maggiore, Orta and Como.
