Roof tile: 25X40 Grigio PietraThis important renovation project concerns the redevelopment of the roofs of an important shopping and residential centre in Monza, Italy.
Specifically, almost all the pitches were interested by the replacement of the old slate shingles with Ardogres Grigio Pietra 25X40 tiles.
From the photos it is possible to compare the previous roofing, now deteriorated, with the new one made with Ardogres porcelain stoneware tiles.
This material, which is also used for floors and facades, guarantees very high resistance and proves to be unalterable over time.
The production process is carried out by using noble clays (kaolins, feldspars), pressed and fired in a kiln at over 1,200°.
Moreover, the use of digital technology enables it to reproduce any type of material, such as marble, stone, wood and, in this case, slate.
