The work involved removing the old, deteriorated natural slate roofing and installing Ardogres Morzine 25X40 porcelain stoneware tiles.

The work was carried out in August 2024 by Green Building Projects srl of Milan, which managed all the critical issues of this roof:
- Laying the material in the conical ‘trullo’ pitches
- Installation of a photovoltaic system perfectly integrated with the Ardogres tiles
The main features of the Morzine 25X40 roof tile are:
- Aesthetics. The production process using digital technology makes it possible to faithfully reproduce the surface and graphics of natural products such as stone, slate and wood, making Ardogres roofing tiles suitable for use in contexts characterised by historical and landscape constraints;
- Resistance. Ardogres porcelain stoneware guarantees high performance against the most extreme weather phenomena, such as wind, frost and hail
- Absorbency. Porcelain stoneware is frost-resistant and is unattackable by external agents such as mould, lichens and acid attacks
