This page describes how the site is managed with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
This is the information provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Code regarding the protection of personal data to those who interact with the company's web services. USER RIGHTS
Pursuant to the European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and national legislation, the User may, according to the methods and within the limits established by current legislation, exercise the following rights:

- have information about the logic, methods and purposes of the processing;
- request the updating, rectification, integration, erasure, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected;
- in cases of processing based on consent, receive his/her data provided to the controller, at the sole cost of any support, in a structured and machine-readable format by a data processor and in a format commonly used by an electronic device;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor);
- as well as, more generally, exercise all the rights recognized by the current legal provisions.
Requests must be addressed to the Data Controller.
If the data is processed based on legitimate interests, the rights of the data subjects to the processing are in any case guaranteed (except for the right to portability which is not provided for by the regulations), in particular the right to object to the processing which can be exercised by sending a request to the data controller.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the company's registered office and is carried out only by technical personnel of the Office in charge of processing, or by persons appointed for occasional maintenance operations.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who submit requests for informative material (newsletters, CD-ROMs, catalogs, price lists, answers to questions, various documents, etc.) are used only to perform the requested service or provision.

Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
