Roof tile: 40X40 Nero ArdesiaVilla Chiara is an Art Nouveau villa from the early 1900s in Loano, Liguria (Italy), which has been completely renovated but retains its undeniable charm. It is directly facing the sea, in front of the new Marina di Loano tourist port, the sandy beaches and is centrally located in a large garden with palm trees, flowers and citrus trees.
The Nero Ardesia 40X40 tile was chosen for the redevelopment of the historic building, which is perfectly suited to the context of the western Ligurian Riviera. The Ardogres tile is used for both the roof covering and the external walls of the attics, matching very well with the furnishing elements of the villa.
The 40X40 format is laid in a rhomboid "French style", typical of this area. It guarantees very high physical-mechanical performance combined with remarkable lightness (25 kg/sqm). This latter aspect is gaining considerable importance, especially from an anti-seismic point of view.
